Disability Service Plan
Each Queensland Government department must develop a disability service plan.
The Department of Child Safety, Seniors and Disability Services' Disability Service Plan 2023-2026 is our plan to deliver meaningful action for the inclusion of Queenslanders with disability in the work that we do.
Our plan has been developed to align with Queensland's Disability Plan 2022-2027: Together, a better Queensland and draws on the priorities of people with disability. The plan incorporates and will address issues for people with disability, their families and carers and promote and uphold their rights.
We want to make sure that every part of the work that we do builds our role in championing the strengths and humanity of people with disability. We worked closely with people with lived experience of disability to develop this plan through a process of genuine engagement.
