HSQF Operations understands that organisations may experience challenges meeting HSQF timeframes because of natural disasters or COVID-19. Flexibility is supported in extraordinary circumstances, where possible.

For organisations under certification - if you have concerns about an upcoming audit or meeting other HSQF certification related timeframes, please promptly contact your certification body to discuss options which may include remote auditing of impacted site/s, rescheduling or extensions of time. Your certification body will action any approvals directly with HSQF Operations.

For organisations under self-assessment - if you have concerns about meeting the due date for your self-assessment, please contact your departmental contract officer to discuss options for an extension.
