The path we're on to deliver the best future—for children, families and you.
Our work is complex and our industry is ever-changing. You'll never hear us shy away from that.
But we're creating positive change and innovating to make life easier for every member of our diverse team.
Here are some of the steps we're taking right now:
- We're working hard to free up frontline staff, through greater resourcing and tech initiatives, so they can do what they do best—supporting children and families when they need it most.
- We're seeking to ensure more personalised flexibility to make it possible for more people to thrive with us, whatever their life circumstances and preferences.
- We're also working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities to implement delegated authority, and to empower communities to make culturally appropriate decisions for kids at risk.
Join us as we work to make a real difference for Queensland's most vulnerable children and families.
