About our toolkit
We have created an inclusive language and communication toolkit.
Our toolkit has information to help you use inclusive language and communicate in an inclusive way. Our toolkit is part of our implementation of Australia’s Disability Strategy in Queensland. The language of disability is an evolving concept. The language and words that people use to describe themselves can change over time. Communication needs, technologies and preferences can also change over time.
We will add information into our toolkit over time for you to use.
